Promowise × Convertr · campaign creation
Drop in the brief. Convertr builds the campaigns.
A client brief usually has 15 to 20 line items, each one its own campaign. This walkthrough shows Promowise dragging the brief into Convertr as CSV or Excel, Convertr checking it for problems, and then building every campaign with publishers, validation rules, ingestion config and forms.
The question for leadership: how long does it take today to turn one brief into live campaigns, and how often are setup errors found late?

1. The client brief
A client brief arrives with 18 line items. Each line item (asset, region, titles, cap, CPL, dates) needs to become its own campaign.
Why it matters
- ✓One file, many campaigns. Every line item in the brief becomes its own campaign. No re-keying.
- ✓Checked before it's built. Missing values and inconsistencies are flagged up front, with a plain hint on what to fix.
- ✓Fix and re-import. Promowise corrects the file in its own spreadsheet and drops it back in.
- ✓Fully built campaigns. Publishers, validation rules, ingestion config and forms are set up for each line item.
- ✓Live sooner. Setup that took days is done in minutes, so campaigns start pacing earlier.
Talking points
- • Promowise keeps working from the client's brief in its own spreadsheet.
- • Problems in the brief are caught before any campaign is built.
- • Every line item becomes a fully configured campaign.
- • Less setup time means campaigns go live and start delivering sooner.
